Took a great Spin cycling class @ Vuelta in St.Kilda this morning. My 7th for the week and another tomorrow morning.
Love being able to motivate & inspire others to take it too the next level.

    Hey Kim. I love bike riding and am thinking about doing some spin classes - you seem really keen (7 classes in a week). I will give it a go.

    Kim, the spin classes sound great. I'm looking at setting my road bike up in the front room during winter so I can continue with interval training.
